Hi, I’m Lynsey — Welcome to FLY!
I’m a certified yoga teacher and health and wellness coach-in-training, and I hold a BA in Psychology, learning how to balance self-care, emotions, friendships, and real life… just like you.
FLY was born from my own journey of feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, and disconnected from myself — and slowly learning how to rebuild a life that felt soft, grounded, and supportive. Through studying psychology, completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training, working in wellness spaces, and transforming my own habits, I’ve learned how powerful small, gentle shifts can be.
My mission is simple:
To help people feel more connected to themselves, more confident in their routines, and more at home in their lives. I want to make it easier for everyone to reach their goals and life visions they have for themselves.
