My Wellness Gift Guide (aka Everything I Use Daily & Truly Love)

I feel like every year a million gift guides are floating around online… and half the time it feels like no one actually owns the things they’re recommending. So I wanted to make a list of the things I personally use, love, and would buy again if I somehow lost them tomorrow. If you’re into wellness (or shopping for someone who is), you’ll love these too.


My Favorite Wellness Essentials 🤍🧘‍♀️

Here, in no particular order, are some products I use frequently, if not daily, that have made my life calmer, softer, and more grounded. If you’re starting your wellness girl era, begin here.


  1. Owala Water Bottle: My emotional support water bottle. It goes everywhere with me. Makes hydration feel fun.


  1. Papier Journal / Planner: A thoughtfully designed space to organize tasks, set goals, and reflect daily. Gratitude, goals, messy thoughts — it all belongs.

Wellness doesn’t have to be extreme, aesthetic, or performative. It can be as simple as finding joy in small routines and appreciating everyday comforts. By embracing a straightforward approach to self-care, we can create a more honest and accessible path to wellness that resonates with our individual needs.
